About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the organization in building a strong talent pool.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments and positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interview rounds.
- Schedule interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future requirements.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.
- Support other HR activities as required.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in recruitment/HR; freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills.
