- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and optimize support processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
- Strong knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Experience in managing database security, backup, and recovery strategies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex database issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and automation scripts to maintain database health.
