Workforce Productivity Architect Consultant –
Role and Responsibilities
Analyse customer workforce workflows, productivity bottlenecks, and operational inefficiencies across Sales, Support, Operations, Engineering, and HR functions
Architect AI-enabled workforce productivity solutions including intelligent workflows, workflow automation, AI copilots, digital assistants, enterprise search, and productivity analytics systems
Define transformation roadmaps to improve employee effectiveness, workflow adoption, operational efficiency, and time-to-productivity
Collaborate with customer business and technology stakeholders to align workforce enablement initiatives with business KPIs
Design and build reusable workforce enablement frameworks, architecture patterns, and productivity-focused solution design
Guide delivery team in entire development life cycle
Contribute to reusable IP including productivity accelerators, workflow patterns, and workforce enablement frameworks
Skills and Competencies
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in designing and solutioning HR Tech applications in Workforce Enablement domain
Good knowledge and experience of Workforce Enablement key aspects like Workforce productivity concepts, operational effectiveness, digital workplace trends, future of work, employee effectiveness drivers
Enterprise Workflow Understanding – Sales operations workflows, support operations workflows, engineering collaboration workflows, onboarding flows, knowledge workflows
Experience in using AI based solutions to design Technology Architecture – AI copilots, workflow orchestration, workflow automation, enterprise search, knowledge AI, GenAI systems, RAG systems, productivity analytics platforms, enterprise integrations.
Consulting & Discovery – Discovery workshops, KPI mapping, business value articulation, transformation roadmap design, executive communication, stakeholder consulting
Delivery Transformation & Solutioning – AI-native SDLC, POD enablement, reusable accelerators, architecture governance, solution blueprinting
Good to have: Contribution in Domain IP Development – Maturity models, framework creation, reference architectures, workforce transformation POVs.
