We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to hire quality talent within defined timelines.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, recruitment agencies, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary, prepare offer letters, and manage offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely follow-up with selected candidates until joining.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment databases, ATS, and candidate records accurately.
- Coordinate background verification and pre-joining documentation.
- Track recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Ratio, and Source Effectiveness.
- Participate in campus hiring, job fairs, recruitment drives, and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
- Support HR projects and additional talent acquisition initiatives as required.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience with sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting.
- 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in IT, Non-IT, or both (based on organizational requirements).
