About the Role
we are looking for a detail-oriented Surveillance & Store Monitoring Executive to support our retail operations across India. The role involves monitoring live CCTV feeds from multiple stores, tracking customer walk-ins, and maintaining accurate records to support business reporting and store performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor CCTV feeds of Ethera stores across India from the central surveillance room.
Track and record daily customer walk-ins across assigned stores.
Maintain accurate reports and data logs of store footfall.
Identify and report any irregularities, operational concerns, or unusual activities observed through surveillance.
Coordinate with store teams when required for verification of data.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly footfall reports.
Ensure confidentiality and security of surveillance data.
Support management with insights related to customer traffic and store activity.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
Comfortable working with CCTV monitoring systems and basic computer applications.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
Ability to maintain records with high accuracy.
Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
Prior experience in surveillance monitoring, retail operations, data management, or administration will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
