- Oversee daily operations of the hospital floor.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff for smooth patient care.
- Ensure timely admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
- Monitor patient flow and resolve issues immediately.
- Handle patient/attendant queries and ensure good service.
- Maintain bed availability and update occupancy status.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and infection control on the floor.
- Supervise staff performance and duty arrangements.
- Support NABH and quality standards compliance.
- Escalate critical issues to management promptly.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
