Information about Critical Care Department:
Critical Care as one of three therapy verticals delivers acute renal therapies for critically ill patients in intensive care units. The vertical’s mission is to support clinicians managing acute kidney injury and multi-organ failure by providing rapid, reliable access to life-saving treatments.
Cross-functional teams—including R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial—collaborate to develop advanced solutions that meet the urgent and complex needs of ICU environments, improving survival and recovery outcomes. Responsibility:
Your Responsibilities:

Support, guide and consult both, FME country organisation and TPI, in establishing and maintaining the ECMO market
-
Develop selected markets towards ECCO2R and guide FME organisations in the journey for entering the ECCO2R market segment

Ensure implementing the XENIOS sales and portfolio strategy in the relevant markets

Take sales responsibility for the existing allocated and newly gained TPI, if applicable

Ensure availability of annual go-to-market strategies for both, FME and TPI
-
Accountability for the revenue in the assigned TPI markets

Support and challenge countries in the sales budget process / achieving their targets

Tracking of sales related activities during the ramp-up phase by joining customer visits, congresses etc.

Develop and maintain a KOL network that is meaningful for the company in close cooperation with company or group organizations to be involved.

Take the key role in market preparations for a planned business hand-over from a 3rd party distributor to an FME sales organisation

Develop strategies and implements action plans for a multi-year business and profitable growth story

Ensure proper compliance behaviour in the markets assigned

Your Profile:

Education in ICU o ras perfusionist or alternatively commercial background (bachelor, MBA)

Minimum 5 years experience

Healthcare business background, idally medical devices

Willingness to travel (minium 50% of working time)

Englisch fluent
