Position Overview
We are looking for an IT Administrator with 2+ years of hands-on experience to manage, maintain, and support our company’s core IT infrastructure. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily technology operations—ensuring our team has secure, reliable access to the tools they need. You will manage user identities, troubleshoot network issues, oversee hardware deployment, and help implement our security policies.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has mastered frontline helpdesk support and is ready to take ownership of infrastructure, automation, and SaaS management.
Key Responsibilities
- System & SaaS Administration: Manage and maintain cloud productivity suites (Google Workspace/Microsoft 365), identity providers and core business software.
- User Lifecycle Management: Own the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless provisioning/deprovisioning of accounts, hardware, and access permissions.
- Device & MDM Management: Deploy, configure, and maintain employee hardware (macOS, Windows, and mobile devices) using MDM tools like Jamf, Intune, or Scalefusion.
- Network Support: Monitor and troubleshoot local office network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls, and VPN connections.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce password policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and data security protocols. Help identify and patch vulnerabilities across endpoints.
- Asset & Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware licenses, software subscriptions, and IT assets.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation for internal IT processes, network configurations, and self-service troubleshooting guides for employees.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in an IT Support, Desktop Support, or Junior IT Admin role.
- OS Expertise: Solid troubleshooting proficiency with both macOS and Windows operating systems.
- Identity & Access Management: Experience managing users and groups within Google Workspace Admin Console or Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Networking Basics: Solid understanding of core networking concepts (DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, VLANs, and VPNs).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset. You can explain technical solutions to non-technical coworkers without using overwhelming jargon.
- Problem-Solving: A resourceful approach to troubleshooting—knowing when to look up a solution, when to escalate, and how to root-cause an issue so it doesn't happen again.

- Experience writing basic scripts (Bash, PowerShell, or Python) to automate repetitive IT tasks.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+/Security+, Google IT Support Professional, or Microsoft Fundamentals.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
