Design Engineer (Electrical – BIM Proficient)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit MEP for electrical, lighting control, and automation projects.
- Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, shop drawings, wiring diagrams, electrical layouts, and schematics.
- Interpret electrical circuit diagrams and convert them into accurate BIM and CAD designs.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, and project teams for design integration and clash resolution.
- Prepare and update electrical system layouts, cable schedules, panel schedules, and technical drawings.
- Generate BOQs, material take-offs, and technical documentation from BIM models.
- Ensure all designs comply with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical support during project execution.
- Revise drawings and BIM models based on site conditions and project changes.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and project records.
- Assist in troubleshooting design-related issues and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for design approvals and project deliverables.
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in Electrical Design Engineering.
- Proficiency in BIM, Revit MEP, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, lighting controls, and building automation systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical single-line diagrams, wiring schematics, and technical specifications.
- Experience in BIM coordination and multidisciplinary project environments.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, material estimation, and technical documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.

Salary: Negotiable (Suitable hike on current CTC)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
