About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive student admissions and build strong relationships with schools, colleges, educational institutions, and corporate organizations. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students achieve their career goals, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate student admissions through telecalling, walk-ins, referrals, digital leads, and field marketing.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and placement support.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, training centers, and corporate partners.
- Conduct seminars, career guidance sessions, educational workshops, and promotional events.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM/software.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and admission drives.
- Represent the institute at education fairs, exhibitions, and outreach programs.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Education Counselling, Business Development, Sales, or Marketing is preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Strong presentation and counselling skills.
- Target-oriented with good negotiation abilities.
- Positive attitude and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for institutional visits and promotional activities.
