We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Analyst (QA) to join our team in Gurugram for an International Process (Night Shift).
Position: Quality Analyst / QA Executive / Call Auditor
Location: Gurugram
Shift: Night Shift
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and audit customer interactions (calls/emails/chats) Provide feedback to improve quality and performance Ensure compliance with process guidelines Prepare quality reports and analysis
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English)
Experience in BPO/KPO (preferred)
Basic knowledge of QA processes & Excel
Immediate joiners preferred
