We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Technical Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Tirunelveli. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT positions. Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers regarding recruitment requirements.
- Follow up with selected candidates and support onboarding activities.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in candidate sourcing and profile screening.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Eligibility
- Minimum 6 months of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in recruitment may also apply.
