पद का विवरण
हम एक अनुभवी, प्रोफेशनल और परिणाम-उन्मुख HR Executive / HR Manager की तलाश कर रहे हैं, जो भर्ती (Recruitment), कर्मचारी प्रदर्शन प्रबंधन (Performance Management), कर्मचारी बनाए रखने (Retention), HR Operations और Employee Relations को प्रभावी ढंग से संभाल सके।
उम्मीदवार में सही प्रतिभा की पहचान करने, उच्च प्रदर्शन वाली टीम बनाने और संगठन की HR प्रक्रियाओं को मजबूत करने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां
भर्ती एवं टैलेंट एक्विजिशन
- विभिन्न विभागों के लिए End-to-End Recruitment Process संभालना।
- उम्मीदवारों की Sourcing, Screening, Interview Coordination एवं Selection।
- Hiring Targets निर्धारित समय में पूरे करना।
- Talent Pipeline विकसित करना एवं बनाए रखना।
कर्मचारी प्रदर्शन प्रबंधन (Performance Management)
- KPI/KRA आधारित Performance Monitoring System लागू करना।
- Performance Reviews एवं Evaluations का संचालन।
- Underperforming Employees के लिए Improvement Plans तैयार करना।
कर्मचारी Retention एवं Engagement
- Employee Attrition कम करने के लिए रणनीतियां बनाना एवं लागू करना।
- Employee Engagement Activities का आयोजन।
- सकारात्मक एवं उत्पादक कार्य संस्कृति विकसित करना।
HR Operations एवं Documentation
- Joining, Onboarding एवं Employee Documentation का प्रबंधन।
- Attendance, Leave Management एवं Payroll Coordination।
- HR Reports एवं Employee Records का रखरखाव।
Employee Relations
- Employee Grievances एवं Workplace Conflicts को प्रभावी ढंग से संभालना।
- कर्मचारियों और प्रबंधन के बीच बेहतर समन्वय बनाए रखना।
आवश्यक योग्यता
- स्नातक (Graduate) अनिवार्य।
- MBA (HR) को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
- HR Executive / HR Manager के रूप में कम से कम 2–5 वर्ष का अनुभव।
- Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Retention एवं HR Operations का व्यावहारिक अनुभव।
- HRMS, ATS, Payroll एवं Attendance Systems की जानकारी।
