We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relations Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to coordinate with clients efficiently, and ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and respond to their queries promptly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client requirements.
- Schedule meetings, follow up with clients, and maintain regular communication.
- Handle client feedback, concerns, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM or internal reports.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and other client-related documents.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
- Support the sales and operations teams in achieving business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in client handling, customer service, or a similar role (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
