We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join us as an Independent Contractor. Your primary focus will be acquiring high-ticket web development and software clients from international or domestic markets.
This is a purely target-driven, performance-based contract role, ideal for someone who has strong IT sales skills, knows how to close premium deals, and wants to earn high commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality leads for IT services (Web Development, Software Development) via Cold Emailing, or other B2B channels.
- Communicate with potential clients, understand their technical requirements, and draft compelling proposals.
- Negotiate budgets, close deals, and ensure a smooth handover of project requirements to the development side.
- Focus on acquiring premium clients with a minimum project value of ₹1,00,000+.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT Sales or Lead Generation.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently without micro-management.
- Familiarity with basic IT and web development terminology.
Commercials & Payment Structure : This is a freelance contract role compensated via a target-based Contractual Payout and Commission structure. This is not a fixed-salary employment role.
- Target-Based Contractual Payout: A fixed payout of ₹10,000 per month will be paid strictly upon the successful closing and full payment realization of at least two (2) clients, each having a minimum project value of ₹1,00,000.
- Performance Commission: For every additional client (valued at ₹1,00,000 or more) closed after the first two initial clients, you will receive a flat 10% commission on the project value.
- Note: All payments and commissions are disbursed only after 100% of the client's payment is successfully received by us.
Legal & Contractual Terms:
- You will be engaged as an Independent Contractor and not as an employee.
- This engagement does not constitute an employer-employee relationship. Standard employment benefits, PF, or corporate training certificates are not applicable to this contract.
