Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and other advertising platforms to drive quality leads and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Generate quality leads while achieving target CPL and ROAS.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, and audiences.
- Track conversions using GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel.
- Conduct A/B testing and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with the creative team for high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Understanding of PPC, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Google Ads/Meta certifications are an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,805.70 per month
