Job Description
We are looking for a smart, professional, and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support to senior management. The candidate should possess excellent communication, scheduling, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate internal and external communication
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence professionally
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and meeting schedules when required
- Maintain records, files, and confidential documents
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good coordination and multitasking abilities
- Professional attitude and presentation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
