Role Summary
As a Digital Marketing & SEO Executive, you will own our organic search strategy and support our broader inbound marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be improving search engine rankings, maximizing organic traffic, and optimizing digital touchpoints to convert visitors into leads. You will bridge the gap between technical search engine optimization and compelling content marketing.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Content Optimization
- Keyword Strategy: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value, intent-driven search terms.
- On-Page & Off-Page SEO: Optimize website elements (meta tags, headings, URL structures, internal linking) and execute high-quality link-building campaigns.
- Technical SEO: Collaborate with developers to monitor and improve site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, and indexation using Google Search Console.
- Content Alignment: Work closely with content creators to ensure all blogs, landing pages, and web copy are optimized for both search engines and user experience.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Paid Media Support: Assist in managing and optimizing paid search (Google Ads) and paid social campaigns to ensure a strong return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Social Media Management: Oversee and schedule organic social media distribution to enhance brand visibility.
- Email Marketing: Help plan and execute automated email workflows and newsletters to nurture leads.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor daily and weekly performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Provide clean, data-backed monthly reports highlighting traffic growth, keyword rankings, and conversion metrics.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience managing SEO and digital marketing campaigns (agency or in-house).
- SEO Toolkit: Deep familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Web Analytics: Strong proficiency in GA4 and a solid understanding of tracking user behavior.
- Technical Basics: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience working within Content Management Systems like WordPress.
- Skills: Excellent written English skills, an analytical mindset, and a self-starter attitude.
