Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and verify all export documentation, including:
* Commercial Invoice
* Packing List
* Shipping Bill
* Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
* Certificate of Origin
* Insurance documents
* Any country-specific export documents
* Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHA), freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and courier companies.
* Ensure timely customs clearance and shipment dispatch.
* Handle export compliance through DGFT, ICEGATE, and other government portals.
* Process and maintain records for RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, e-BRC, LUT, and other export-related benefits.
* Coordinate with banks regarding export documentation, payment realization, and shipping documents.
* Maintain shipment tracking and provide regular updates to overseas customers.
* Ensure compliance with Incoterms, Letters of Credit (LC), and export regulations.
* Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and future reference.
* Work closely with the sales and accounts teams to ensure smooth execution of export orders.
Required Skills
* 3–5 years of experience in export documentation and logistics.
* Strong knowledge of export procedures, customs regulations, DGFT, ICEGATE, and international shipping.
* Understanding of RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, e-BRC, and export incentives.
* Experience handling freight forwarders and shipping lines.
* Good communication skills in English.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
* Experience in engineering, automotive, or agricultural spare parts exports will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
