JOB DESCRIPTION:
Selling value added Aluminium systems to well identified fabricators, architects and developers .
Continuously strive to achieving group strategic targets for assigned sales territories. Regular review and follow-up customer development and progress on improvement of customer experience with .
Develop, propose and implement strategic ambition and sales plans for the company , Regular visit key customers, end-clients and investors with clear objectives.
Organize all promotional campaigns on regional level. Introduce and promote the use of CRM package to drive productivity of sales force and well as provide a platform for close cooperation within organization.
Involve technical and support teams to be able to support the customers efficiently on a local level.
Preparation technical presentations for sales meetings, architect seminars, customer meetings etc.
Propose value-based pricing considering market outlook Operates within established policy guidelines Lead and develop sales team to achieve outstanding results for defined sales territory.
Drive customer engagement and loyalty by striving continuously to create best in class customer experience
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualification. E. (Civil / Mechanical) . MBA degree desirable but not compulsory. In case of exceptional selling ability qualification can be diluted.
Languages: Fluent in English and local language
Experience ▪ Work experience of minimum 8-10 years in Construction material Industry preferably from Windows , Facades , Elevator , Kitchen , Glass etc.
Deserving candidates from other products in building material may also apply.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent customer relationship management Strong business development and sales skills Ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth Good presentation and market analysis skills Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel Languages Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
Travel & Location The position is based in Navi Mumbai.
Willingness to travel within India and internationally as per business requirements.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
