Experience (in years) | 3 Contract Duration (in months) | 24 Job Description | Job Description: Salesforce Lead (5–9 Years Experience) We are seeking a Salesforce Lead (Lead cum Developer) with 5–9 years of experience who can effectively lead a team while remaining hands-on in development. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and the ability to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions while mentoring team members and ensuring high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing technical guidance and performing code reviews Design and develop robust Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements Hands-on development using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Build custom applications, workflows, and automation using Salesforce best practices Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and external systems Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and Governor limits Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery tracking Act as the technical point of contact for stakeholders and resolve complex issues Drive continuous improvement, technical excellence, and knowledge sharing within the team Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, LWC, and Aura Components Experience in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) Good understanding of data modeling, SOQL/SOSL, and platform architecture Experience with Flows and automation tools Knowledge of security model and performance optimization Leadership & Other Skills: Proven experience leading development teams Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to balance hands-on development and leadership responsibilities Good to Have: Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II) Experience with CI/CD tools and Agile methodology Skill Set Required | • Strong hands-on experience in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration (Objects, Flows, Validation Rules). • Good understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP), governor limits, asynchronous Apex, and CI/CD using SFDX/Git.
