We’re looking for someone in the Founder’s Office Associate role who can manage priorities effectively, handle multiple projects at once, and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. You’ll be involved in planning, coordination, client communication, and supporting business growth initiatives while acting as a key link between the founder and various teams.

As part of the Founder’s Office, you won’t just assist; you’ll own projects that drive business impact. You’ll work on strategic planning, process optimisation, client engagement, and special projects that shape the future of Growthic.
You’ll act as a trusted partner to the founder, managing priorities, connecting the dots between teams, and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. From planning key initiatives to ensuring timely execution, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly while identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
This role demands a mix of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and problem-solving, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and wants to play a pivotal role in building a growing company.
What You'll Do …
- Work with all departments on strategic projects, process improvements, and growth initiatives.
- Shadow the founder in key meetings, manage follow-ups, and keep priorities on track.
- Create frameworks for partnerships, org structures, and internal processes.
- Conduct research, prepare presentations, and evaluate growth opportunities.
- Act as a communication bridge between the founder, teams, and external partners.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks to improve efficiency across functions.
- Manage special projects and eventually lead a small team to drive execution.
