- Monitor and control food cost percentage and wastage.
- Oversee procurement and vendor coordination and stock levels.
- Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits
- Conduct regular inventory audits
- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations across all outlets (restaurant & banquets services).
- Maintain high standards of food production and service efficiency
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
