Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month (based on experience)
Incentives: 5% on targets (uncapped, excluded from fixed salary)

Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with 3+ years of experience in B2B sales. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong client relationships, and a drive to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client delivery.
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
Requirements
- Graduate (any discipline).
- 2+ years of B2B business development/sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Target-driven, persuasive, and customer-focused.
- Candidate should come from an Advertising, Marketing, or Branding background.
Ability to commute/relocate:
BTM Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
