Job Summary
Gurfateh Developers is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and experience handling financial operations in a professional environment.
Experience Required
5–7 years
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
* Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reports.
* Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
* Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable.
* Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
* Support management with budgeting and financial planning.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
* 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience.
* Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
* Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
* Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
