We are looking for a Senior /Lead SharePoint Administrator to own and enhance our SharePoint and Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms. You will lead administration, governance, migrations, and automation to enable secure, scalable, and user‑friendly collaboration across the enterprise.
Administer and govern SharePoint Online (and support SharePoint 2016/2019 as needed) – sites, permissions, security, taxonomy, storage, and standards/SOPs.
Enable and support Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Stream, Viva, Microsoft Search) and integrations with Power Apps / Power Automate.
Lead migrations from SharePoint On‑Prem and shared drives/file shares to SharePoint Online / OneDrive using Sharegate, including assessment, execution, monitoring, and post‑migration validation.
Provide L2/L3 support via ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira); troubleshoot incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and close tickets within SLAs.
SharePoint Administration & Governance
Deep knowledge of security, permissions, governance, taxonomy/metadata, and storage management.
