Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Conduct preliminary HR interviews and maintain candidate databases.
- Support employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee information.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR data.
- Support HR compliance and other administrative activities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or any related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of HR experience are encouraged to apply.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
