Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Performance Marketing: Run targeted paid ad campaigns (Meta/Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube) focused on driving student admissions and course inquiries.
- Content Strategy & Social Media: Oversee our social media handles (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn). Create a dynamic content calendar featuring masterclasses, student projects, behind-the-scenes footage, and alumni success stories.
- SEO & Website Management: Optimize the SIFA website for search engines to increase organic traffic from aspiring students looking for top-tier film institutes.
- Community Engagement: Interact with our online community of aspiring artists, responding to inquiries and maintaining an active, vibrant network.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI, cost-per-lead, conversion rates) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Partner with our internal faculty, students, and production partners at Magic Frames to capture authentic, engaging media assets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing (Experience in the education sector, creative agencies, or media entertainment industry is a major plus).
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO best practices.
- Industry Passion: A profound love for cinema, particularly South Indian film industries (Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada), and a solid understanding of digital pop culture/trends.
- Creative Eye: Basic knowledge of design principles or video tools (Canva, Premiere, etc.) to collaborate effectively with editors and designers.
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
