Role Overview
The Digital Marketer will be responsible for devising and implementing digital marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and facilitate sales conversion. This role demands a deep knowledge of marketing and performance analytics, along with strong creative and strategic thinking skills to deliver impactful results and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Design and execute integrated digital campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Education portals.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze KPIs including lead generation, CPL, CTR, engagement rates, and ROI. Provide actionable insights and monthly/weekly performance dashboards to the leadership.
- SEO & Content Strategy: Oversee SEO for our websites and project microsites. Drive content campaigns (blogs, creatives, videos, newsletters) to enhance organic reach and customer engagement.
- Marketing Automation & CRM Integration: Ensure seamless integration of campaigns with CRM platforms. Implement marketing automation to nurture leads and optimize the customer journey.
- Customer Engagement & Branding: Monitor customer engagement metrics across email, WhatsApp, SMS, DMD, and RCS campaigns. Strengthen digital brand presence through consistent messaging and storytelling.
- Team Collaboration & Vendor Management: Coordinate with the digital marketing team. Coordinate with the creative team, digital partners, and development team to ensure timely delivery and innovation.
Skills & Competencies
- Profound knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems).
- In-depth understanding of the Education customer journey and digital lead funnel.
- Proven ability to drive ROI-driven campaigns in a competitive market.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and team player skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and external vendors effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
Experience, Skills, and Key Responsibilities
- Should have a bachelor Degree.
- Should have experience in the Education Domain.
- 3 - 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing Executive.
