Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential clients, explain our services, and convert prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate leads through calls, referrals, social media, and networking.
* Contact prospective clients and schedule appointments.
* Explain the company's business setup and business growth services.
* Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
* Convert leads into paying customers.
* Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Coordinate with the operations team after client onboarding.
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Required Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
* Sales-oriented mindset.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
* Ability to work under targets.
* Positive attitude and self-motivation.
Qualification:
* Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
* 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, Financial Services, or Consulting.
* Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
