Qualification: Graduate preferred. Candidates with certification or practical experience in Amazon Seller Central, Account Health, Policy Compliance, or E-commerce Operations will be preferred.
About the Role:
Smartway Entertainment is looking for an experienced Amazon Account Health and Policy Compliance Executive who can independently handle policy violations and account health-related issues for seller accounts.
The candidate must have practical experience in reviewing violations, identifying root causes, preparing required documents, coordinating with sellers, raising appeals/cases, and following up with Amazon until resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review Amazon Account Health Dashboard and identify pending policy violations.
- Handle Intellectual Property Complaints, Product Authenticity Complaints, Product Safety Issues, Restricted Product Violations, and Other Policy Violations.
- Identify root causes and prepare action plans for each violation type.
- Coordinate with the seller for invoices, brand authorization, product documents, compliance certificates, packaging details, and supporting proofs.
- Raise appeals, submit documents, and follow up with Amazon Seller Support / Account Health team.
- Maintain a daily violation tracking sheet with issue type, ASIN, required action, document status, submission status, and outcome.
- Share regular updates with management regarding pending, submitted, resolved, and rejected cases.
- Ensure no action or submission is made without management confirmation.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central Account Health and policy violations.
- Practical knowledge of appeal submission, POA, document verification, invoice validation, and seller support case follow-up.
- Experience in handling product authenticity, restricted product, intellectual property, food/product safety, and other compliance issues.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking reports.
- Good written communication for professional Amazon case submissions and updates.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience with an Amazon service agency or account reinstatement/compliance team.
- Knowledge of FSSAI, product compliance documents, brand authorization, invoices, packaging and labelling requirements.
- Experience in handling high-volume violation cases will be preferred.
Important:
This is a hands-on compliance role. Candidate must be able to review and handle Amazon policy violation cases independently. Any appeal or final submission will be done only after management approval.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
