Job Description: We are looking for energetic, result-oriented, and hardworking candidates to join our team for Collection and Debt Recovery operations. Key Responsibilities: Contact clients/customers via phone or field visits to recover outstanding dues and pending payments. Politely negotiate and convince customers to make timely payments. Maintain accurate records of daily collections, payment statuses, and follow-ups in the system. Share daily recovery reports with the management. Requirements: Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome). Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills. Language: Fluent in Hindi (Basic understanding of English is a plus). Additional Requirement: (For field roles) Must have a personal two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and a valid driving license.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
