Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, your day involves delivering first and second level technical assistance for infrastructure, systems, and applications across both production and development settings. You will engage with users and clients directly, either remotely or onsite, to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Your role ensures the smooth operation and stability of various technology platforms by adhering to established procedures and operational frameworks, fostering a reliable and high-quality support environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance support processes and improve service delivery.
- Document and maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and system configurations.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration.
- Strong understanding of storage infrastructure components and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to storage area networks and associated hardware.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning for storage systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Ability to manage and maintain storage configurations, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
