We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Distributor Sales Manager (DSM) to drive sales growth of USR Power Automotive Lubricants in Kharagpur, and surrounding areas. The candidate will be responsible for distributor management, B2B sales, business development, and achieving primary & secondary sales targets across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of USR Power Automotive Lubricants through the distributor network in Kharagpur region.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual primary & secondary sales targets.
- Develop new Automotive Distributors and dealers
- Conduct regular customer visits, discussions and product presentations.
- Expand market share by identifying new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and implement counter strategies.
- Ensure timely collection of payments .
- Support marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
- Provide market intelligence and sales forecasting reports to management.
- Train distributor sales team on product knowledge and selling skills.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong B2B Automotive sales experience
- Knowledge of industrial lubricants / automotive lubricants preferred
- Distributor handling experience
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Good understanding of Automotive customer segments in Purulia region
- Basic technical knowledge of lubrication solutions
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Any Streams)
- MBA in Marketing (added advantage)
Experience:
- 3–7 years of experience in any lubricants Sales
- Prior experience in lubricants / petrochemicals / industrial consumables preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
