Job purpose:
Responsible for driving the company's sales performance and overseeing overall business operations, including inventory, procurement, and logistics. To lead the sales team, identify new business opportunities, and ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and logistics functions in accordance with agreed business plans.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Sales strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Team management: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting targets and monitoring performance.
- Client relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors.
- Operations management: Oversee end-to-end operations including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and dispatch.
- Vendor coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely availability of spare parts.
- Inventory control: Monitor stock levels and optimize inventory to reduce holding costs while avoiding stockouts.
- Business development: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales and operations reports, forecasts, and budgets to leadership.
- Cross-functional coordination: Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and logistics teams.
- Problem-solving: Resolve escalations related to order fulfilment, delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure operations follow company policies, quality standards, and industry regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–12+ years of experience in sales and operations management, preferably in elevator parts, industrial equipment, or spare parts distribution.
- Proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Good Communication Skills
- Willingness to travel as required.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
