Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR cum Project Coordinator to manage recruitment, employee relations, and project coordination activities. The ideal candidate will support HR functions while ensuring smooth communication and coordination between teams to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Support payroll processing and maintain employee databases.
- Address employee queries and assist in employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Coordinate performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
Project Coordination Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Schedule and organize project meetings and maintain meeting minutes.
- Prepare project reports, status updates, and documentation.
- Follow up with team members on project tasks and deadlines.
- Identify project risks and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Ensure effective communication between departments and project teams.
Required Skills:

Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in HR, project coordination, or administrative roles.
- Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may also apply.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HRMS or project management tools.
- Knowledge of employee lifecycle management.
- Basic understanding of project planning and reporting.
