Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Senior Specialist – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support business hiring needs. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring activities while ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
The ideal candidate is execution-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment Execution
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire
- Drive hiring for both volume and niche roles, depending on business needs
- US Recruitment experience is must.
2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct market mapping and research for critical roles
3. Candidate Assessment & Experience
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate fit (skills, experience, culture alignment)
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate journey throughout the hiring process
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and keep them engaged
4. Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations
- Provide timely updates on hiring progress and challenges
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with panel members
5. Offer Management
- Support salary benchmarking and offer structuring
- Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and closures
- Ensure smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding
6. Process Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain accurate data in ATS and recruitment trackers
- Track key hiring metrics like time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and conversion ratios
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and SLAs
Key Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Strong experience in end-to-end hiring
- Good sourcing skills across multiple channels (especially LinkedIn and job portals)
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
