Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive for the construction industry. The candidate should be capable of generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and supporting project sales activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector.
- Meet builders, contractors, architects, and clients for business development.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking.
- Explain company services and project details to clients.
- Follow up with potential customers and close sales deals.
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare sales reports and update management regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials/services is preferred.
- Ability to handle client meetings and field work.
- Strong marketing and sales approach.
- MS Office knowledge preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
