Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to create applications that are not only functional but also efficient, ensuring that the end product aligns with the requirements of the stakeholders involved.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve system failures using applications & system logs.
Provide technical support for system-related issues and questions.
Ensure compatibility and seamless integration between various systems
Implement and manage solutions to ensure system uptime and distribute workloads effectively.
Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation of installed software.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Experience with administration of Quadient Inspire suite of applications hosted on-prem
Experience with incident management, troubleshooting and Level 3 support
Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and related tools.
Experience with scripting languages and automation - Powershell, Python and Ansible
Experience in network management and related tools (firewalls, dns, load balancers, route tables etc.)
Experience with API management and any API Manager tool.
Experience and willingness to work with on-premise systems.
Having a brief knowledge about MS SQL or any other RDMS is a plus
Strong background on problem solving and troubleshooting
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Customer Communication Management Solutions.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
