Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our operations by coordinating with the ground team over calls, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily with ground staff and field teams via phone calls to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
- Maintain and update operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in scheduling, tracking, and monitoring project activities.
- Provide timely updates to management regarding progress and challenges.
- Handle queries and resolve issues raised by the ground team with professionalism.
- Support compliance and reporting requirements as per company standards.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in back-office operations or coordination roles is an advantage.
