Job description:
Role Category : After Sales -Service
Role : Service Engineer
1. Installation and Commissioning of the machine at customer end.
2. Customer complaint handling and resolving it at customer end.
3. Root cause analysis of complaint and taking appropriate actions accordingly.
4. Control panel testing, Experience in machine tools / project business is preferred.
5. Knowledge of Robot, Electrical maintenance, Pneumatics, Hydraulics is required.
6. Testing the quality of the machine before dispatch
7. Handling Spares business
8. Preparation of all reports related to the service department
9. Qualification – BE (Mech.)
10. Overall experience 2-3 years
11. Good Communication Skill
12. Should be ready to travel all over India.
