Sr. Manager - Overseas, CRY
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic communications professional to lead communication initiatives for our overseas team. The role involves content strategy, campaign execution, donor communication, social media management, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should be a strong storyteller with excellent project management skills and the ability to work across geographies and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management & Coordination
- Guide and mentor the communications team to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of work.
- Coordinate and align with overseas teams, volunteers, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors for website management and digital requirements.
Content & Communication
- Manage/write content for:
- Emailers and newsletters
- Social media platforms
- Website content
- Event collateral
- Donor communication material
- Other online and offline communication assets
- Ensure all communication aligns with the organization’s brand voice and objectives.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Lead the conceptualization and end-to-end execution of communication campaigns and projects.
- Understand briefs/requests from overseas teams and translate them into effective communication strategies and creatives.
- Work closely with the design and content team to develop impactful campaigns and communication material.
- Present ideas, concepts, and campaign approaches to overseas stakeholders.
Social Media Management
- Manage social media platforms end-to-end including:
- Content calendar planning
- Content creation and posting
- Paid promotions/boosting
- Performance tracking and analytics
- Drive audience engagement and visibility across platforms.
Outreach & Partnerships
- Support outreach initiatives and build partnerships that strengthen the organization’s visibility and impact.
- Identify opportunities for collaborations, campaigns, and community engagement.
Project & Timeline Management
- Ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Responsibilities
- Ensure all communication and outreach material adheres to the organization’s brand guidelines and maintains consistency across platforms and geographies.
- Maintain sensitivity towards child protection policies and ethical storytelling practices in all communication, campaigns, visuals, and donor outreach material.
- Review communication assets to ensure compliance with safeguarding, consent, and child protection standards of the organization.
Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
