Requirements:
● Basic knowledge of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and methodologies
● Ability to inspect, test, and evaluate raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods
● Understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and tolerance limits
● Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and multimeters
● Basic troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
● Knowledge of documentation practices and report generation as per ISO standards
● Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and precision
● Basic computer proficiency for data entry, report preparation, and record maintenance
● Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with cross-functional
teams
● Positive attitude, discipline, and adherence to work ethics.
Responsibilities:
● Perform Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC/LQC), and Outgoing
Quality Control (OQC) inspections
● Record, analyze, and maintain inspection results and quality reports in defined formats
● Identify non-conformities and coordinate with production/assembly teams for corrective actions
● Ensure compliance with defined quality standards, procedures, and safety protocols
● Support root cause analysis (RCA) and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
● Maintain and update quality records and documentation in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
requirements
● Monitor and enforce quality control procedures during production processes
● Track and manage material movement related to inspection and quality clearance
● Assist in internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness
● Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
● Adapt to changes in quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
