Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of product and service projects.
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure timely project execution.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, developers, designers, and QA teams.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and project escalations.
- Monitor project KPIs and ensure customer satisfaction.
