JD - Planning Engineer
- Development of detail master schedule & tracking the same. Revision of catch up schedule, Development of Micro schedule to monitor the execution plan & finalization of Monthly work plan. Planned vs actual progress work tracking & updating. Preparation of sequence of activity.
- Development/Update/Revision of logistics plan & Submit the same in H.O planning.
- Preparation of material requirement planning &
Contracts requirements planning for the next 30/60/90 days for MRP & 180days look ahead for CRP of the project based on the project master schedule.
Preparation of CMC report, preparation of MIS report. DPR/WPR/MPR, dashboard & data updates.
- Drawing & design coordination. Preparation of GFC (received at site) drawing register, look ahead plan of drawing, Maintain RFI tracker. Review of DBR & Updating of project scope matrix.
- Evaluation of Delay Analysis Reports for delay in completion of a project, internal delays / contractor end delay/ force majeure delay prepared by site team in order to understand the time delay in completion of a project & claim liquidity damage/penalty from contractor. Identification of project delay/ deviation, & submission of corrective action/recovery plan.
- Preparation & submission of statutory reports, internal reports & compliances like PCB reports, RERA/HIRA progress reports, Marketing demand intimation, IGBC reports, internal & External audit etc. Risk register update monthly.
- Project execution plan monitoring & control with Sub-contractor manage & coordination. Internal Weekly plan vs achieves report preparation & updates. Conduct planning of weekly meetings with MOM, contractor. Coordination with design, QS, procurement, MEP, & contractor with no open points pending & ensure documentation of reporting compliance as per company’s SOP.
Minimum Qualifications
BE/ DCE. PG in Construction Management (Preferable)
Experience
8-10 yrs of experience in Projects Planning preferably in real estate industry
Technical Skills
Knowledge of Project planning and monitoring in Real Estate Company; Sound knowledge of MS office, Working knowledge in MS Project, Excel, Prima Vera, ERP/SAP.
