We are looking for a passionate and experienced Operations Manager to lead hotel operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and sound knowledge of Front Office operations, guest relations, reservations, and PMS systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations.
- Ensure excellent guest service and operational efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate teams.
- Handle guest concerns and maintain service standards.
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of hotel operations experience.
- Strong Front Office and hospitality operations knowledge.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
