We are looking for a Mid-Senior Mathematics Faculty to handle IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced) batches for Class 11 & 12, with a strong focus on concept clarity and student performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured Mathematics lectures for IIT-JEE (Class 11 & 12)
- Cover syllabus with a strong exam-oriented approach
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and revision classes
- Prepare assignments, Daily Practice Problems (DPPs), and test papers
- Evaluate student performance and provide academic feedback
- Mentor students on problem-solving techniques and exam strategies
- Maintain classroom discipline and engagement
- Collaborate with academic team for curriculum planning
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in IIT-JEE Mathematics coaching
- Strong command over Class 11 & 12 Mathematics (JEE level)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to simplify concepts and engage students
- Structured and disciplined teaching approach
Preferred:
- IIT/JEE background (appeared/qualified)
- Experience in reputed coaching institutes
- Exposure to test series and structured academic systems
- Proven track record of student results
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
