- Teach Mathematics to Class 3 and Class 4 students as per the school curriculum.
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive math lessons.
- Develop students' numerical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Use activity-based and concept-oriented teaching methods.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materials.
- Conduct classwork, homework, quizzes, and periodic assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records.
- Identify students requiring additional support and conduct remedial classes.
- Encourage mental math and critical thinking abilities.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Use teaching aids, smart boards, and digital learning tools.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to improve learning outcomes.
- Organize mathematics activities, competitions, and fun learning sessions.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students during school hours.
- Follow school policies, curriculum standards, and academic guidelines.
- Attend teacher training programs and professional development workshops.
- Foster confidence, teamwork, and a love for mathematics among students.
- Perform other academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the school.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with D.El.Ed./B.El.Ed./B.Ed. (as per school requirements)
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of primary-level Mathematics concepts.
- Good English communication and classroom management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with smart classroom teaching.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
