Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Admission Counsellor who will manage admission counselling and contribute to both student career success and organizational growth . The role requires strong communication, coordination, and counselling abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Admission Counselling Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career paths, and job prospects
Handle walk-ins, inquiries, follow-ups, and lead conversions
Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions
Support admission processes including documentation and enrollment formalities
Coordinate with academic and training teams to ensure smooth student onboarding
Achieve admission targets and maintain accurate admission records
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any field
1–2 years of experience in admission counselling
Experience in education institutes preferred
Strong communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills
Counselling and student engagement skills

Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Proficiency in MS Office
