Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Coordinate with management for business development
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of financial products (preferred for Nidhi company)
- Qualification: Minimum Plus Two / Degree
